My Approach:

Candid, real and unposed photography

documentary-inspired, natural, and full of emotion

Becoming a mom completely changed the way I see photography. There’s something so special about the everyday moments—the little hands reaching for mine, the belly laughs, the quiet cuddles, and the moments I wish I could freeze in time forever. Being a mom has made me realize just how quickly these seasons pass, and how much I never want to miss a moment. That’s what led me to documentary-style photography: a desire to preserve life as it really is, so you can hold onto the moments that might otherwise become a blur. I love helping other families and couples do the same—creating photographs that bring you back to a feeling, a season, and the people you love most.

My photography is documentary-inspired, natural, and full of emotion. I’m less interested in perfectly posed photographs and more interested in capturing the connection, movement, and little moments that make your story uniquely yours. I’ll always give you gentle direction when you need it, but I also want to leave room for the unexpected—the genuine laughs, the imperfect moments, and everything that happens in between. My goal is for your images to feel timeless, honest, and true to you, so years from now, you can look back and remember not just what it looked like, but exactly how it felt.

Kind Words from my clients

Usually I overthink being in photos, but this felt easy from the beginning. Our kids didn’t sit still for more than a second, and somehow those ended up being some of my favorite images in the whole gallery. Everything felt natural, relaxed, and completely like us. Seeing the photos afterward made me realize how many beautiful little moments happen in the middle of the chaos.

There are so many small moments in our gallery that I didn’t even realize Dahlia was noticing at the time. Looking through the photos now feels so personal because they really remind us of what life felt like back then. What makes these photos even more meaningful is knowing that the little things we once thought were ordinary ended up becoming the memories we treasure most.

The little moments matter.

I’m constantly looking for the things happening in between—the quiet touches, the belly laughs, and all the details you’ll want to remember.

Come as you are.

You don’t need to be a professional model or know how to pose. Just show up, be yourselves, and let me take care of the rest.
